POULSBO — With seaplanes from all over Washington literally descending upon Poulsbo, visitors to the viking city’s waterfront on Saturday, May 5 were treated to the hearty growl of engines while members of the Washington Seaplane Pilots Association landed various aircraft on the bay during the Poulsbo Splash Weekend.

Nick Twietmeyer was on hand for the event and even managed to convince pilot Don Goodman and his wife Natala to take him up for a buzz around the bay in their Cessna 182-P.
