No injuries were reported when a semi-truck loaded with 94,000 pounds overturned and hit the trailer of a second semi-truck Tuesday afternoon near Gorst along State Route 16, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Tow trucks soon arrived to upright the truck, which blocked the right lane of eastbound SR 16 in Gorst for over four hours, per a WSP memo. The driver was charged with negligent driving with the cause listed as speeding too fast for conditions and defective equipment.
