Due to below freezing weather conditions, the Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management continues to activate the county’s Severe Weather Shelter Plan.

The shelter will open Monday night, Nov. 17 until Tuesday morning, Nov. 18. Hours of operation will be from 6 p.m. until 7 a.m. Guests will not be able to check into the shelter after 10 p.m..

The shelter will serves anyone in the area who requires safe overnight refuge where none is available.

The location is Bremerton Food Line, 1600 12th St., Bremerton
