Wednesday will be the 12th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in New York, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania. The Central Kitsap Reporter and the Bremerton Patriot plans to mark the date by running stories in the Friday, Sept. 13, papers.
