Soroptimist International of Port Orchard (SIPO) will stage its annual “Holly Daze” Craft and Gift Show on Saturday, Oct. 31 through Sunday, Nov. 1 at the South Kitsap Mall in Port Orchard.
Holly Daze, which is a signature project for SIPO, began back in the 1970s. For many years it was at different locations in town, the main one being Port Orchard’s Givens Center. Then, following a hiatus of several years, the club revived the show and it has become a well-known and popular event for vendors and the public.
It’s also appreciated by mall establishments, who welcome the increased business traffic it brings their way. Saturday hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. An entry fee of one can of food or $1 per person is requested, which will be donated to South Kitsap Helpline’s food bank.
For more information regarding the event, or for questions about membership, call 360-871-1805 or visit the SIPO website at siportorchard.com.
