Want to see downtown Kingston spruced up? Grab your gloves and rakes to help the Kingston Revitalization Association with its annual spring cleaning.
The clean-up begins at 9 a.m. March 31. Meet at the John L. Scott office off Highway 104, next to Kingston Thriftway.
The more the merrier. Community groups are encouraged to participate. KRA is hoping enough volunteers will show up so that additional work can be done on cleaning up the medians and sidewalk areas in the first two blocks of downtown.
Garbage bags, signs and orange vests will be provided. Volunteers should bring gloves and weeding/pruning tools.
