Each weekday from Monday, Sept. 14 through Friday, Oct. 2

8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Drivers will encounter narrow and realigned lanes on the eastern half of the bridge. While crews will keep one lane open in each direction, over-legal-sized loads will not be allowed.

9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• The bridge may close multiple times to all traffic for up to 30 minutes at a time for maintenance work in addition to typical closures for boat traffic. The Washington State Department of Transportation will minimize the closures as much as possible. The closures will allow crews to make repairs to a portion of the bridge that allows the floating span to rise and fall with the tide.
