Jan. 29, 1984 – July 30, 2011
A sunset dive and memorial will be held for Zachary Victor Fogle of Kingston on Sept. 10, 6 p.m., at Skydive Kapowsin in Shelton.
Zack Fogle was a son, brother, uncle and friend. After surviving a car accident in 2001 that partially paralyzed him, Zack willed and worked himself back into life. He earned a B.A. from the University of Washington, Tacoma and was interning at the DVR Kitsap County for his master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from Western Washington University.
Zack was an accomplished skydiver. He died in an accident doing what he loved.
Zack also loved and valued his friends. One wrote, “When you have his attention, it’s like the sun shines on you, you feel like you’re the only person in the world, and that’s why everybody loves him so much.”
Zack is survived by his parents; his siblings, Megan Fogle, Dr. Jay Fogle (Dr. Danielle Juarez), Nick Fogle; and beloved niece Jaeda Juarez Fogle.
