THINGS TO DO THIS WEEKEND | Nov. 29-Dec. 1

There is a play at the Western Washington Center for the Arts, a bazaar, fundraiser at Whiskey Gulch and Breakfast with Santa this weekend

Christmas play at WWCA

The Western Washington Center for the Arts production of “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever,” is slated for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, each weekend through Dec. 21. Performance times are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 5 p.m. Sunday. Jan Peterson Ewen is the play’s director. The play is about a couple struggling to put on a church Christmas pageant who is faced with casting the Herdman kids — probably the most awful kids in history. The mayhem and fun begins when the Herdmans collide with the Christmas story head on. For ticket information, visit www.wwca.us or call 360-769-7469.
