Three arrested for meth sales in Keyport

The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office arrested three people Friday as a part of an on-going investigation into drug sales at a Keyport residence.

KEYPORT — The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people Friday as a part of an on-going investigation into drug sales at a Keyport residence.

Leesa M. Neff, 41 of Poulsbo, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Neff was booked into Kitsap County Jail on $25,000 bail.

Denise M. Beldin, 58 of Keyport, was arrested and charged with delivery of methamphetamine and maintaining a place for selling controlled substances, and possession of methamphetamine. Beldin was booked into Kitsap County Jail on $100,000 bail.

According to the report, approximately 6.6 grams of methamphetamine was seized along with other evidence of narcotics sales, including cash, drug paraphernalia, packaging material and scales, after authorities converged on the home about noon Feb. 8.

Sheriff detectives, patrol deputies from Poulsbo Police and the West Sound Narcotics Enforcement team were on hand. The arrests followed an ongoing investigation of alleged drug sales at the residence, located in the 15000 block of Sunset Avenue NE.

A male found at the Keyport home was also detained on an outstanding warrant of arrest.

The sheriff’s office said detectives and patrol deputies continue with multiple investigations into burglary and associated property crimes that were connected to various narcotics offenses.
