SILVERDALE — The Trails at Silverdale will add three new tenants over the next three months: Purpose Boutique, Sierra Trading Post and The Habit Burger Grill.

Purpose Boutique, which opened Sept. 19 at The Trails, located at 11199 Pacific Crest Place NW, Silverdale, is a women’s clothing and accessories store aimed at changing lives.

The store offers clothing and accessories to meet the needs of women of all shapes, styles and backgrounds. Purpose Boutique partners with organizations such as Rescue: Freedom International, which empowers idividuals who have been disadvantaged or exploited. Purpose donates 1 percent of each sale to put an end to human trafficking in eight countries around the world.

“We could not be more excited for our launch in Silverdale, which will create new opportunities for our customers who want to shop and, at the same time, change lives around the world,” said Purpose Boutique’s owner and CEO Christie Johnson in a press release. “We are dedicated to being a business that gives back to the global community, and we feel very welcomed at The Trails.”

Purpose Boutique will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce at noon on Sept. 30, and a grand opening celebration from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Oct. 1, during which customers will enjoy treats, a photo booth and gifts with purchases.

Sierra Trading Post will be opening its doors at The Trails in October. The store is a popular destination that it says delivers savings on apparel, footwear, outdoor and fitness gear.

This will be the first Washington state location for the chain that first opened its warehouse doors in 1986 with a mail-order business. According to its website, the first physical store location opened in 1990 in Sparks, Nevada. They now also have locations in Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah and Vermont.

Sierra Trading Post is now based out of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and “is a leading, off-price internet retailer. Our buyers ‘love the deals and live the adventure.’ Sierra Trading Post has offered customers savings of up to 70 percent since 1986 on outdoor gear, shoes, clothing, accessories and home furnishings.”

The Sierra Trading Post mission statement says, “We believe our customers must be given the best possible service. We believe we must keep our operating costs as low as possible to keep your savings as high as possible. We believe that we must treat others as we would want to be treated ourselves.”

Finally, Habit Burger Grill’s Trails location will open in November.

The Habit Burger Grill is a fast casual, burger-centric restaurant that specializes in fresh, made-to-order chargrilled sandwiches and burgers cooked over an open flame.

“One bite of a hot, juicy Charburger and suddenly you’re in Santa Barbara, California, 1969,” the website states. “After all, it was in that picturesque, coastal Southern California town, in the same year that the first astronauts landed on the moon, that the original Habit Burger Grill opened its doors.”

Habit Burger Grill now has 169 locations (including the soon-to-be-opened Silverdale location) in Washington, Virginia, Maryland, Idaho, Nevada, Florida, New Jersey, Utah, Arizona and California.

Habit Burger Grill regularly partners with No Kid Hungry, offering customers a free Charburger with cheese every time they donate at least $2 to No Kid Hungry at participating restaurant locations throughout September. The restaurant has also helped raise money for Reboot (NVTSI), a nonprofit that helps veterans transitionback to civilian life, as well as various schools, humane societies, food banks, clubs and more, according to the website.
