BREMERTON — Kitsap County Republican Party Chairman Chris Tibbs became the first person to be re-elected to the position since 2002.

Party precinct committee officers voted Dec. 1 for Tibb’s return.

“It has been a great honor to serve as county chairman over the past two years, striving to make a difference and creating a vibrant political party,” said Tibbs. “While we have been extremely successful these past two years, we have many more elections to win.”
