POULSBO — A Poulsbo man allegedly shot his friend in the head, called police and waited at the scene for them to arrive. A Kingston man said he robbed the Timberland Bank in Poulsbo because he’s unemployed, behind in his rent and needs the money. On a happier note, North Kitsap’s Jake Velarde won his third state wrestling title, Kingston’s Bobby Reece won his second.
