The Kitsap County 2014 Toys For Tots campaign is well underway and according to spokeswoman Gina Coy, the drive is still in need of toys. On the list of needed items are toys for boys of all ages and toys for infants.

Toys can be dropped off at a number of locations in Silverdale and Bremerton including the Navy Federal Credit Union, 4980 Auto Center Way, Bremerton, Back in Time Gaming, 4171 Wheaton Way, No. 1, Bremerton, and the Big Apple Diner, 6720 Kitsap Way, Bremerton.

In Silverdale, toys can be taken to the Kitsap Mall, All Star Lanes, 10710 Silverdale Way NW, and Toys R Us, 3567 NW Randall Way.

On Dec. 7 from 2-4 p.m. there will be a dance party at the Kitsap Mall with The Grinch where toys can be dropped off.

Toy distribution will take place at a party on Dec. 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Presidents Hall at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds.

Parents need to bring their children, proof of state assistance, or one form letter stating benefits, a WIC folder, medical cards, I.D. and current proof of residence. For more go to www.toysfortots.org.
