BREMERTON — Washington State Patrol troopers are seeking additional witnesses to a car/motorcycle injury collision that occurred Oct. 3 on westbound State Route 16, just east of Mullenix Road in Kitsap County.

At approximately 1:10 P.M. troopers say that a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am was traveling westbound SR16 in the inside lane of two lanes when the driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with a 2006 Ducati motorcycle, traveling west in the outside lane.

Troopers are investigating the possibility of a third vehicle being involved, possibly a white Volvo, or other white sedan that may have “brake checked” the Pontiac and contributed to the Pontiac driver losing control.
