GIG HARBOR — The Washington State Department of Transportation is encouraging the public to participate in an online survey along State Route 16 as part of a larger congestion study of the corridor. But Friday, May 26 is the final day to offer your comments online.
This study examines traffic congestion along the SR 16 corridor between the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and SR 3 in Gorst. The online survey results will help WSDOT better understand how people use the corridor, their perceptions of transportation needs along the corridor and which transportation issues matter most to them.
The survey closes May 26. The public will have additional opportunities to offer input on the study at public meetings planned this fall.
