Bonnie Lee Sykes, 81, of Port Orchard, WA, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2025, surrounded by family. Born in Girard, PA, she graduated from Girard High School in 1961 and married Gary W. Sykes in 1963, sharing 61 wonderful years together.

Bonnie had a successful career as an office manager and was passionate about mental health advocacy, serving on the boards of NAMI and The Upper Room. She was an avid reader, knitter, baker, and puzzle enthusiast who cherished time with loved ones.

She is survived by her husband, Gary; children Arica (Michael) Sykes-Dawley, Todd Sykes, and April Sykes; five grandchildren; and her siblings.
