Bradley A. Burleson, 22

Bremerton resident Bradley Allen Burleson died Sept. 14, 2005 in Bremerton. He was 22.

Burleson was born at Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D. on Feb. 9, 1983.

He graduated from Spectrum Alternative High School in 2001.

He received the Presidential Academic Achievement Award and was a member of the Honor Society.

Burleson was involved in North Kitsap soccer, baseball and basketball.

He enjoyed playing guitar, watching movies, listening to music, writing, talking politics and sports and loved his cats.

He is survived by his parents Brian and Kristine Burleson of Kingston; sister Krista Burleson of Mesa, Ariz.; companion Aleah Rucks of Suquamish; close friend Scott Perry; paternal grandparents Dick and Mabel Burleson of Suquamish; and maternal grandparents Dennis and Beverly Roberts of Green Acres.

A memorial service will be held at North Kitsap Baptist Church at 4 p.m. Sept. 26.

Memorials can be given to the Kitsap Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
