Carol Marie Bryan (Grimaldi) was born in Philadelphia on July 15, 1961, and passed on Oct. 19, 2017, in Leesburg, Florida.

Carol was the daughter of Robert and Jean Grimaldi and the sister to four siblings (Meg, Denise, Katrina and Dante). She has left behind a dedicated husband of 29 years, David W. Bryan.

Carol was a proud mother to five children: Lisa (Steven); Ryan (Erin); Carina (Clayton); Keith; and Amanda (Zach), but acted as a mother to many more. Carol’s true pride and joy in life was being a devoted grandmother to RJ, Spencer, Landon, Harper, Dylann, Ella, Mason and Isiah.

She was a small woman in stature but a force in her everyday life. She was the ever-supporting matriarch of a large family with an amazing capacity to love and care for her community. She will be remembered as a fierce Mother whose strength and resilience will live on in her children and grandchildren.

Carol was a beautiful, strong, funny, loving woman who will be missed by many.

Please join Carol’s family in a celebration of her life from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 15 at 966 Triviere Trail SE, Port Orchard, WA 98367. Please bring a side dish to share as Carol loved a good potluck.
