POULSBO — Charles (Chuck) Sheflo of Poulsbo passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, early Christmas Day. He was 86.

Chuck was born on March 15, 1931 in Everett and graduated from Everett High School in 1949. He was a Navy veteran and eventually retired from the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Signe and Ole; and his beloved wife, Joyce.

He is survived by his children, Gary, Lynn (Tim), Eric, and Mark (Kate); his younger brother, Jim (Pam); six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Jan. 20 at Poulsbo’s First Lutheran Church, 18920 4th Ave. NE, Poulsbo. He is loved by many, and will be missed by all who knew him and his kind and generous disposition. His jokes and his smile could light up a room and he will forever be in our hearts.
