Dorothy N. Lewis, 80

Former Suquamish resident Dorothy Neva Lewis died Oct. 13, 2004 in Shelton. She was 80.

Lewis was born to Rosco E. and Neva C. (Mellish) Todd in Suquamish on Aug. 29, 1924.

She married Elmer Alfred Lewis.

She enjoyed making Christmas ornaments and candy.

Lewis is survived by her sons Robert N. Lewis of Shelton and Michael J. Lewis of Seattle; brother Herbert (Dorothy) Todd of Suquamish; sister-in-law Meredith Todd of Suquamish; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Alfred Lewis and parents Rosco E. and Neva C. (Mellish) Todd.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 23 at the Suquamish Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of The Stone Chapel in Poulsbo.
