Drucilla (Dru) Dineen, 78

Drucilla “Dru” Dineen of Aberdeen died April 17, 2007 in Olympia. She was 78.

Dineen was born to Dorn and Muriel Reid in Aberdeen on May 13, 1938.

She married Fred Dineen in 1947.

She worked in many clothing stores including Cleaver’s Woman Apparel in Hoquium and owned and operated Dineen Fuel with her husband until their retirement.

She was a longtime member of Beta Sigma Phi, the couples and ladies bridge clubs, St. Aurilla’s Guild and a member of St. Jerome.

Dineen is survived by daughters Murl (Dave) Carey of Olympia, Kathy (Rick) Rayment of Poulsbo and Debbie McKown of Olympia; and six grandchildren.

Dineen was preceded in death by her husband Fred Dineen and sister Phylis Korn.

Services will be at 11 a.m. April 24, 2007 at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Aberdeen.
