Gerald (Jerry) Lee Sage died May 12 in Poulsbo. He was 68.

Sage was was born May 27, 1941, in San Jose, Calif., to Clyde Mercer and Georganna (Pegg) Sage. He graduated from Lodi Academy High School in Lodi, Calif., in 1960 and Pacific Union College in Angwin, Calif., in 1964.

Sage was a Seventh-day Adventist.

He is survived by his wife, Helen E. Sage (Dunston); three daughters, Cheryl (Andrew) Ratcliff of Hayden, Idaho, Carol Sage, and Jenny Sage; brother, Melvin (Karen) Sage of Chico, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

A memorial service is scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday, May 15, at Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home with a reception to follow.
