Gloria J. Adams, 58

Hansville resident Gloria J. Adams died Oct. 15, 2004 in Bremerton. She was 58.

Adams was born to Leon and Shirley (Denison) Morrow in Wenatchee on Aug. 21, 1946.

She married Terry R. Adams on Nov. 13, 1971 in Everett.

Adams graduated from Manson High School in Manson in 1964.

She worked in the Everett School District food service for 10 years and then in the North Kitsap School District food service for 13 years before her retirement in 2003.

Adams was a member of the North Kitsap School District PTA. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, baking and camping.

Adams is survived by her husband Terry R. Adams of Hansville; son Terry M. Adams of Suquamish; daughter Rebecca “Beckie” Thornton of Hansville; adopted daughter Kelsey A. Adams of Hansville; brother Ron Morrow of East Wenatchee; and one grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents Leon and Shirley (Denison) Morrow, brother Raymond Morrow and sister Jenece Morgan.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Oct. 23 at The Stone Chapel in Poulsbo. A reception will follow at the family home in Hansville. Cremation is under the director of The Stone Chapel.
