LEMOLO — Hal Misner, a longtime resident of Lemolo, died Nov. 27, 2015. He was 93.

He was born on Nov. 3, 1922 in Seattle, attended the University of Washington, and was a World War II Navy combat veteran. He was a retired union carpenter.

“Much loved by friends and neighbors, Hal was a true gentleman,” his friend, Jim Goodfellow, wrote.

He was predeceased by his partner of 43 years, Fran Gustafson, and is survived by five children and numerous grandchildren.
