Long-time Bremerton resident Jay Graham died Friday, Dec. 7 at his home in West Bremerton. He was 87 years old.
He was born May 22, 1914 to Lloyd and Louise Graham in Spokane.
The family moved to Bremerton in 1916, when Lloyd Graham began working at the Puget Sound Navy Yard. The family moved to Seattle, where Graham attended Queen Anne HIgh School. He graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1932.
Graham married Audrey Way Nov. 6, 1938, in Ellensburg.
The couple moved to Bremerton in 1940, where he worked at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard during World War II.
In 1950, the family moved to Grandview, where he worked for General Electric. He returned to work at PSNS in 1967, retiring in 1975.
He is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Graham McDade of Bremerton and Madeleine O’Donnell of LaConner; four grandchildren,
