Justin Loyal Johanson, 65, of Twisp died on Oct. 10, 2017 at the Wenatchee Valley Hospital.

He was born in Seattle to Patricia (Drew) Jacobson and Jack Johanson. He was raised on Bainbridge Island and attended grade school there, and later on attended Seattle Prep and Seattle Central Community College.

Justin resided in the Methow Valley since the mid 1970s and had many friends. He was an avid music enthusiast, a football fan, and enjoyed political debate.

He is survived by sisters Annette (Johnson) Jim Lesh, Kingston; Teri Chaussee, Poulsbo; sons Jeremy Jay Johanson, Seabeck; Joshua Bleu Johanson, Twisp; daughter Heather (Bobby) Brooks, Nampa, Idaho; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephew and grandchildren.
