Ken Benham, 81
Kingston resident Ken Benham died April 15, 2004 in Kingston. He was 81.
Benham was born to Lenny and Lula (Thew) Benham on April 21, 1922 in Addy.
He married Phyllis Dashiell on June 27, 1948.
He graduated from Rogers High School in Spokane in 1940 and from Whitman College in Walla Walla in 1948.
Benham enjoyed politics, current affairs and sports.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Benham of Kingston; sons Jeffrey H. Benham of Edmonds, John R. (Donna) Benham of Marysville, Kenneth M. Benham Jr. of Lynnwood and Ward A. Benham of Lake Stevens; daughters Katherine A. Benham of Seattle, Beverly J. (Bruce) Benham of Underwood, Tracy J. Benham of Montlake Terrace and Patricia L. (Gil) Lazcano of Renton; brother Robert Benham of Arizona; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Benham was preceded in death by his sister Jewel and his brother Clifton.
The Stone Chapel at Cherry Grove Memorial Park of Poulsbo is taking care of the funeral arrangements.
