Larry Gene Hillman, 65
Larry Gene Hillman died May 29 in Poulsbo.
He was born in Everett to Vernita and Eugene Hillman in 1943.
Hillman was raised in Seattle, attended schools in Highline, and served in the United States Air Force. His graduation with a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Washington led to a lifelong career in the industrial supply industry.
He enjoyed bowling, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
Hillman owned and operated Contractors Warehouse in Poulsbo for 30 years.
He is survived by Lois, his wife of 39 years; and his sons Gregory Hillman of Marina del Rey, Calif., and Matthew Hillman of Scottsdale, Ariz.
Military funeral honors will be at 1:30 p.m. June 5 inside the Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 Southeast 240th Street in Kent.
Memorial donations may be made to Seabold United Methodist Church, 6894 NE Seabold Church Road on Bainbridge Island, where a celebration of life is planned for 3 p.m. June 4.
