Mark Lavalsit, 46

Mark Lavalsit of Kingston died March 15, 2007 in Kingston. He was 46.

Lavalsit was born to Frank and Doris (Owen) Lavalsit in Sacramento, Calif.

He enjoyed building, restoring and customizing motors for automobiles, boats and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He was also registered in the twin program at the University of Washington.

Lavalsit is survived by daughters Stephanie (Benjamin) Lavalsit-O’Leary, Mariza (Nick) Mabbutt, Shalina Lavalsit and Amanda Cabello; brothers Matthew Lavalsit, Gregory Lavalsit and Frank (Sean) Lavalsit III; sister Faustina (Myles) Lavalsit-James; his mother Doris Lavalsit; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. March 26 at The Stone Chapel in Poulsbo with a reception following.
