Mike Walsh, 61, passed away on June 26, 2022 at his home in Port Orchard.

Mike was born in Anaheim, CA to Robert and Dorothy Walsh on August 5, 1960. He moved to Washington State in 2003, where he worked for Triton Marine Construction in Bremerton for many years.

Although he struggled with drug addiction and related difficulties as a young adult, Mike’s life was radically transformed upon receiving Jesus as his Savior in the early 1990s, and he devoted the rest of his life to sharing the gospel and serving others. He married Valerie (Stokes) Walsh December 10, 2011. A talented artist and woodworker, Mike was known as a man who could repair or build anything. Mike was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Valerie, his daughter Nicole Walsh, step-daughters Stephanie Salazar (JC) and Krystina Shores (Scott), step-son Michael Stokes (Hayli), and eight grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 pm, 16 July 2022 at Calvary Church of Port Orchard with Pastor Dustin Cummings officiating.
