Paul Scott Douglas was born 8/2/49 in Seattle to Donald & Paula Douglas. He was the grandson of King County Superior Court Judge, Malcolm Douglas, and President/Owner of Tri-State Milling, PR Quarnberg. With three siblings, Paul grew up in Laurelhurst playing sports, including catcher on the All-City Seattle baseball team. He spent happy summers on Blakely Island at the family summer place and worked at its marina. Paul attended Lakeside School where he played basketball, baseball, and football and was awarded the Athletic Cup his senior year. He loved following sports, playing & officiating tennis, and fishing – both commercial and sport. Paul worked many years as a municipal bond trader in Seattle and enjoyed golf and served as Treasurer and President on the Meadowmeer Golf Club Board in retirement. He is survived by a sister, a brother, and his two beloved children, Jake and Galen. Paul loved to give nicknames to family and friends, as his father had given him. RIP, Pablo.
