Robert John Peterson of Poulsbo died in his home on Jan. 22. He was 85.
He was born to Harry and Antonia Peterson on Aug. 10, 1924.
Between successful self-employment and mentoring others in his profession Bob was selfless with his time and talents. He was considered a Renaissance man who could do almost anything and was interested in everything. He was a wonderful artist who enjoyed the beauty of nature as they related to architecture and sculpture.
He is survived by his wife Nancy; sons Mark, William, Robert Jr., Mitchell, and Thor; daughters Marta and Tovi; brother William Peterson; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were Feb. 4 at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent.
