Robert W. George, 56

Robert W. George of Suquamish died July 6, 2007 in Bremerton. He was 56.

George was born to Robert and June V. (Bowen) George in Bremerton on Aug. 19, 1950.

George graduated from North Kitsap High School in 1969 and attended Western Washington State College.

He enjoyed playing baseball, fishing, clam digging and was an avid sports fan. He was a member of the North Kitsap Pool League.

George is survived by his brothers Marlin (Roberta) George, Bradley George and Raymond George; his sister Georgia; his parents Robert and June; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. on July 12 at the Suquamish Tribal Center, with a burial following at the Suquamish Cemetery.
