Roger Jones, Sr., Kingston

Roger Harold Jones, Sr., Kingston, died Jan. 23 at Martha & Mary Health Center in Poulsbo. He was 85 years old.

He was an avid model airplane builder (vintage airplanes) and community activist.

He is survived by his wife Barbara (Bobbie); Roger Jones, Jr. of Reno, Nev.; Bruce Jones, Bow; Lori Nichols, Hansville; sister, Virginia Gilcrest of Cupertino, Calif.; six granddaughters and two great-grandsons.

A celebration of his life was held at the family home.
