Ruth Raygor, 89

Poulsbo resident Ruth Raygor died Aug. 12, 2004 in Poulsbo. She was 89.

Raygor was born to Charles and Mabel (Gunderson) Nicholson on Nov. 20, 1914 in Grandview, Wis.

She married Glen Raygor in 1934 in Grandview, Wis.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed photography, reading her Bible, traveling, having coffee and blessing people. She was an active member of Christ Memorial Church in Poulsbo.

Raygor is survived by her son Bob Raygor of Arizona; daughters Lynda Baker of Oregon and Sereen Gerhardt of Poulsbo; brother Don Nicholson of Poulsbo; sister Delores Mitchell of Minnesota; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Mabel Nicholson, husband Glen Raygor and brothers Enoch and Marvin Nicholson.

Visitation will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Aug. 16 at The Stone Chapel. A funeral will take place at 11 a.m. Aug. 17 at Christ Memorial Church.
