Sharon Helen Eslick Demianiw, 68, of Port Orchard, died March 21, 2014 at home.
She was born Nov. 27, 1945 in Bremerton to Archie and Greta Eslick.
Sharon was a member of The Order of the Rainbow for Girls and served as Worthy Advisor of Manette Assembly and was a grand officer and recipient of the Grand Cross of Color.
She graduated from West High School in 1964, attended Olympic College and graduated with a degree in education from the University of Washington.
Sharon married Anton “Tony” Demianiw in 1967.
She was an elementary teacher in the South Kitsap School District and retired from the Bremerton School District as a reading specialist at Kitsap Lake Elementary.
Sharon was the organist at Elim Lutheran Church and she accompanist for the Puget Soundsters.
Survivors included her husband, Anton Demianiw; son, Scott (Kim) Demianiw and two grandchildren.
A memorial and celebration of life is set for 4:30 p.m. Friday, April 11, at Elim Lutheran Church in Port Orchard. A reception will follow.
