Steven R. Brillhart, 16

Steven Robert Brillhart of Keyport died Sept. 11, 2004 in Bremerton. He was 16.

Brillhart was born to Michael Lewis and Suzanne Marie (Veach) Brillhart in Seattle on March 16, 1988.

He was raised and educated in North Kitsap, attending Pearson Elementary, Poulsbo Junior High and, at the time of his death, was a junior at North Kitsap High School.

Brillhart played soccer for the North Kitsap Soccer Club. He enjoyed girls, cars and soccer.

Brillhart is survived by his parents Michael Lewis and Suzanne Marie (Veach) Brillhart of Keyport; brother David Brillhart of Bremerton; paternal grandmother Irene Brillhart of Bremerton; maternal grandparents Ron and Sharon Veach of Texas; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at Christ Memorial Church in Poulsbo. After the service, a gathering for friends and family will be held in the North Kitsap High School commons.

Burial will be at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Bremerton. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
