Stuart C. Oswald, 51

Poulsbo resident Stuart C. Oswald died Jan. 23, 2004 in Poulsbo. He was 51.

Oswald was born to Charles and Elenora Oswald in Albany, N.Y. on Feb. 9, 1952.

Oswald married Shelley J. Oswald on June 24, 1995 in Poulsbo.

He graduated from North Kitsap High School in 1970.

Oswald worked in custom home building, independent cabinets and was a cabinet maker. He enjoyed camping, custom wood working and remodeling cars.

Oswald is survived by his wife Shelley J. Oswald of Poulsbo; son Michael J. Garrett, U.S. Navy; daughters Ryann Marie (J.D.) Crooks of Poulsbo and Kimberly Ann Oswald of Port Orchard; brother Stan Oswald of Alaska; sisters Mary Moran of Port Ludlow and Nancy (Terri) Russler of Lake Tahoe, Calif. and four grandchildren.

A celebration of his life will be held from 1-10 p.m. Jan. 31 at 17649 Chummit Lane, Poulsbo.
