PORT ORCHARD — Thomas Loren Phelps of Port Orchard passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 29.

Loren was loved by all who knew him for his joyful spirit. He was an avid fisherman, a longtime Seahawks fan, and an enthusiastic Harley-Davidson motorcyclist.

He will be missed by his many friends and family.

He was predeceased by his mother, Eva Marie Phelps, in 2005. Loren is survived by father Marquis L. Phelps; four brothers, Robert, Stephen, Marc and David Hult; and twin sister Kimball (Phelps) Hall.

A celebration of life is planned for 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7 at Rill’s Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
