Tom Wiley, 57
Tom Wiley of Kingston died Dec. 12, 2003 in Kingston. He was 57.
Wiley was born to Thomas F. and Mercedes (Marx) Wiley in Seattle on June 2, 1946.
He married Janet K. Neubrech on July 12, 1975 in Shoreline.
Wiley graduated from Shoreline High School in Shoreline in 1964, the University of Washington in 1970 and Western Washington University in 1978.
He worked as a history teacher and coached football, wrestling and baseball and was Athletic Director in the Shoreline district. He was a teacher for 30 years until his retirement.
Wiley enjoyed hiking, history, watching and coaching sports and time with his sons. He also enjoyed his winter home in Sun City Grand in Arizona.
Wiley is survived by his wife Janet K. (Neubrech) Wiley of Kingston; sons Tommy Wiley and Terry Wiley, both of Kingston; and brother Larry Wiley of Edmonds.
He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas F. and Mercedes (Marx) Wiley.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Dec. 21 at the Shoreline Community Center “Spartan Gym.” Funeral arrangements are under the direction of The Stone Chapel at Cherry Grove.
