William D. Siefferman, 47
William D. Siefferman of Hansville died Sept. 6, 2004 in Hansville. He was 47.
Siefferman was born to Donald Siefferman and Jean E. (Graham) Shepard in Everett on Feb. 4, 1957.
He married Jacqueline Lawson on April 18, 1980 in Jacksonville, Fla.
Siefferman obtained his GED at Taylor High School in Cleves, Ohio.
He served in the U.S. Navy from 1975-1996, achieving the rank of Chief Engineman. He received the Navy achievement award and good conduct medal.
Siefferman later worked for the Washington State Ferries and then Seaward Services of Keyport. He owned and operated Bill’s Carriage Service in Hansville with his wife.
He was a member of the Port Gamble Masonic Lodge, Priscilla Chapter of Eastern Star, Back Country Horsemen in Port Orchard, was a Boy Scouts leader in Kingston, a DeMolay advisor in Poulsbo and the Scottish Rite in Bremerton. He was a Baptist.
Siefferman is survived by his wife Jacqueline (Lawson) Siefferman of Hansville; sons William L. Siefferman, Noah Siefferman and Trevor Siefferman, all of Hansville; brothers Charles Siefferman of Everett and John Shepard of Marysville; and mother Jean E. (Graham) Shepard.
He was preceded in death by his son Jeremiah Siefferman.
A memorial service with Military Honors will be held at 4 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Port Gamble Masonic Lodge, 5 Rainier Ave., Port Gamble.
