William James McChesney, Jr.

March 25, 1942 – March 3, 2012

      William “Bill” James McChesney, Jr., passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Harrison Hospital in Bremerton, Washington. He was born on March 25, 1942 and was 69 years of age.

      Bill put his faith and family first in his life, and books, crossword puzzles and politics came in a close second.

      He is survived by his mother Betty of Kingston, WA, brother Mike (Merridy) of Spokane, WA, sister Sue of Poulsbo, WA and son Sean (Marcia) of Brandenburg, Kentucky. He also leaves behind his four grandchildren: Tanya, Tina, Lee and Heather, three great-grandchildren: Novalee, Olivia and Dane and his friends Mary C., the staff of Montclair Park Assisted Living and his second family at OPKC and St. Olaf Catholic Church. Bill was preceded in death by his father, Bill, Sr.

      A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at St. Olaf Catholic Church in Poulsbo, WA. Interment took place at Holyrood Catholic Cemetery in Shoreline, WA.
