As we all know, America has fallen behind Europe and Asia in education. Many countries in Europe have found a clever two-step approach to education funding: 1) Many European countries have outlawed private schools, and, 2) Required all children of their respective countries attend public school in their home country.

It was amazing how easily funding was found for first-class schools when the sons and daughters of the rich were required to attend the same schools as the kids of the working class!
