I read your article on the sewage spills in Dyes Inlet.

I believe that the contractors should be replaced as they have now damaged the environment twice in ways that could have been avoided. One time would have been understandable but twice is inexcusable. They have been irresponsible and consequently damaged the environment. This calls for action and that action should be their immediate replacement.
