POULSBO — Festivities and events celebrating the best 13-year-old baseball players in the Babe Ruth League will soon be under way.

Nine teams traveling to Kitsap for the tournament were set to arrive Monday. A coaches breakfast is scheduled for 8 a.m. Tuesday, followed by a hitting clinic hosted by former Dodgers infielder Jim Lefebvre at 10 a.m.
