Top returning players: Ally Payne, Madison Scruggs, Candice McKee.

Outlook: The team finished in the middle of the conference pack last season, but long-time head coach Ken Allen said Central Kitsap is young and making vast improvements. This year, the team had the largest turnout of freshmen they’ve ever had, Allen said. That leads to more potential. Many of last year’s junior varsity athletes “have really turned a corner and are much improved,” as well.
