Overview: The Baines family tree has produced many talented players throughout the years and this season is no different. Baines leads a talented, athletic group that has been inconsistent in league play. The Thunderbirds were blown out by Olympia (45-0) and Gig Harbor (31-6), but played Bellarmine Prep (18-12) tougher than anyone to this point. Despite its place in the bottom half of the standings, Mount Tahoma is one of the Narrows’ more experienced teams with seven offensive and six defensive starters returning from 2009. The Wolves have won 11 consecutive games against the Thunderbirds since they lost 18-17 in 1990.
