KMS wrestlers top league tournament

The Kingston Middle School wrestling team took first place at the West Sound Middle School League Tournament March 13. The Cavaliers scored a total of 208 points, edging out Mountainview Middle School, which took second with 196 points. Poulsbo Middle School placed last in the seven-team tournament, with 86.5 points. Eleven Kingston wrestlers placed first in their weight classes. First-place finishers included: Peyton Reece, Mikole Hendricks, Donalad Moore, Nick Woltersdorf, Tyler Manix, Robert Mcauley, Marcelo Sanchez, Aaron Dickson, Bobby Reece, Scott Bortolazzo and Jason Logue.

First-place finishers for Poulsbo included: Roman Agne, James McPherson, Cole Walker, Kole Milyard, Jon Morgan and Sam Booth.

NK Chaos to compete in Challenge Cup

The NK Chaos, a girls U16 select soccer team from the North Kitsap Soccer Club, will compete in the first round of the Challenge Cup Saturday at the North Kitsap Stadium in Poulsbo. The Challenge Cup finals will take place April 25.

Chaos had a record of two wins, two losses and five ties this season, playing in Division 3 of the Washington Youth Soccer State League.
