Klahowya’s Landram wins back-to-back titles

Girls tennis player Tracy Landram is back in the winner’s circle. klahowya state tournament champion central kitsap The Klahowya Secondary School junior clinched her second straight Class 2A singles title with a win against Abigail Pellett of Ellensburg High School last Saturday on the University of Washington campus. Landram ousted Pellett 6-0, 6-0 to sweep the final match and take home first place at the state tournament.

Girls tennis player Tracy Landram is back in the winner’s circle.

The Klahowya Secondary School junior clinched her second straight Class 2A singles title with a win against Abigail Pellett of Ellensburg High School last Saturday on the University of Washington campus.

Landram ousted Pellett 6-0, 6-0 to sweep the final match and take home first place at the state tournament.

The Eagles standout didn’t lose a set in her four victories at the two-day event. She defeated Mariel McCown of Anacortes High School, Isabelle Long of Interlake High School (Bellevue), KC McConnell of Clarkston High School and Pellett each in two-set sweeps.

Landram won her first state title last year and finished second as a freshman.
